We support the amazing things that LGBTQ+ people can achieve when they are empowered to succeed without the fear of discrimination. It's our vision that by working together, we’ll create environments where LGBTQ+ young adults can succeed in all aspects of their social and professional lives.
We're a proudly trans and bi inclusive organisation and have active commitments to accessibility, anti-racism, and equality in all of it's forms.
Fact: Research by Transactual found that 73% of BPOC trans people had experienced transphobia when seeking work. We're actively working with businesses across the UK to educate their workforce and create inclusive cultures!
With your support we can make sure all of our LGBTQ+ workshops & social spaces are ALWAYS completely free.
