The Blossom LGBT+ team is made up entirely of passionate volunteers who work together to better the lives of LGBT+ young adults. We currently have some exciting opportunities to join and support our work. If you are passionate about making a supporting LGBT+ young adults and tackling social inequalities then we would love to hear from you. For the safety of all parties some of our roles are restricted by age.
We’re looking for people who are interested in leading the delivery of Blossom’s peer support group sessions through working with our group members to become resilient, build life skills and find strong support networks. Full training provided. Enhanced DBS check required. Over 25 year olds only.
Session Assistants (Including Digital)
To support the Session Lead in facilitating the delivery of Blossom’s peer support group sessions through working with our group members to become resilient, build life skills and find strong support networks. You will work with our members to develop their personal and professional skills whilst also being a friendly face to talk and vent to.
We are looking for people who could bring their own skills to the team! You could get involved in marketing, community engagement or maybe even life skill teaching. We’ll make a role that suits your skills!
